I looked at my old elementary school, Lakemont Elementary School's and looked at what information teachers shared. The website includes classroom reviews, teacher introductions, contact information, and school supply lists. These pages can help parents find all the information before the new school year. Having this information available online makes it easy for families to stay organized and communicate with the teachers. As a future teacher, I would like my class page to be frequently updated so that parents and students have quick access.  As a future teacher I want to use technology to make my responsibilities more organized. I would use Google Docs and Google Drive to create, store, and organize lesson plans. I would use Canvas to organize course work, communicate with my students, and share homework. These tools would save time, help make things more organized and have easier access to information. I think technology would help me spend less time on repetitive tasks and...

After looking at the Florida Standards on the CPALMS website I chose standard SC.912.TI.1.10. This standard focuses on technology related careers and how this technology can provide new opportunities. This standard gives students the opportunity to look at careers with technology and the skills they need to develop to work in this field. Toolkit is the lesson plan, it provides activities the align with the Florida Standard. These lesson plans would help me organize my instructions and ways to engage my students when working with different concepts. I could use the tools to create interactive activit...

Blog Post #5

I don't have negative or positive view on blogging. I don't enjoy it that much just because I don't love writing about myself. I like that we have guided questions on what to post it makes the posting easier. I have learned a lot about how I write and view questions.  I think using AI is a good thing. Personally I believe that AI can help us learn much faster. There is not much being taught in schools that you can't learn online. I think that if it is being used in schools then it should be used to help brainstorm ideas and not used to do the work for you! I have had all good experiences with AI. When I used AI to make a lesson plan for kindergarten math it gave me exactly what I wanted the first time. It gave me teacher instruction, guided practice, independent practice and timed all of it out for me. I would interact with it more next time and see how much more I could get for a lesson plan.  I would use AI in my future lesson plans as a guide. I could ask it to help...
